TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between the customer ("you" or "customer") and QLD Bathroom Renovations ("we" or "us") regarding the pricing of bathroom packages. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any bathroom package purchase. By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The prices of our bathroom packages are subject to an on-site measure and quote. The purpose of the on-site measure and quote is to accurately assess the specific requirements and conditions of your bathroom space.

The on-site measure and quote will be conducted by our qualified professionals at a mutually agreed-upon date and time.

The quote provided after the on-site measure will outline the final price of the bathroom package, taking into consideration the specific measurements, materials, fixtures, and any additional customization requested by the customer.

The quoted price for the bathroom package is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the on-site measure and quote.

If the customer decides to proceed with the bathroom package after the expiration of the 30-day period, a new on-site measure and quote may be required, and the price may be subject to change.

The quoted price for the bathroom package is based on the information provided during the on-site measure and quote. Any changes or modifications requested by the customer after the quote may result in additional costs.

Additional costs may include, but are not limited to, changes in materials, fixtures, design alterations, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the renovation process.

Any additional costs will be communicated to the customer and agreed upon before proceeding with the changes.

A deposit, as specified in the quote, is required to secure the bathroom package and schedule the renovation project.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the bathroom renovation, as outlined in the quote.

Payment can be made via the accepted payment methods specified by QLD Bathroom Renovations.

In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the bathroom package after the deposit has been paid, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the stage of the project and any costs incurred by QLD Bathroom Renovations up to that point.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which is available upon request.

QLD Bathroom Renovations will make every effort to provide accurate quotes and complete the bathroom renovation to the highest standard. However, we shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of any delays, errors, or unforeseen circumstances during the renovation process.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QLD Bathroom Renovations operates.
